Consultative Committees
Consultative Committees provide a mechanism for the organisation to seek and receive feedback about issues impacting on our customers and the environment.

Customer Charter
Gippsland Water's Customer Charter sets the service level for the provision of water, wastewater and trade waste services for its customers. It details the rights and obligations of both customers and Gippsland Water.

Statement of Obligations
This document is issued by the Minister for Water under the Water Industry Act 1994 and details Gippsland Water's obligations in relation to the performance of its functions and exercise of its powers.

Water Plan 2005-06/2007-08
Gippsland Water's Water Plan identifies key business objectives, proposed strategies, main business challenges, risks, and proposed price plans for the regulatory period 2005-06/2007-08.

Final Water Plan 2008-2013
Gippsland Water has now released a final Water Plan for the regulatory period 2008-2013, incorporating feedback received from customers, stakeholders and the community during a consultation process held in August to September 2007. The final Water Plan has been submitted to the Essential Services Commission (ESC) which will now conduct an extensive review. A draft decision is expected to be made in early March 2008, with a final decision during early June 2008.
