  • Maternity, paternity and adoption leave (in addition to the Federal Government scheme)
  • Study leave – if undertaking a course approved by us
  • Time in lieu – working additional hours to accrue a flex day each month

We also provide training and development opportunities for our staff. This includes training specifically developed for our workplace, nationally-recognised courses such as certificates and diplomas, and general skills training such as business writing, leadership, and computer programs.
