Your Account

Gippsland Water aims to make our accounts easy to understand and provide you with all relevant information to assist you as a valued customer.

A bill/tax invoice is issued at least every four months for service charges and water usage charges within two business days after Gippsland Water has read the meter.

Your account is then sent by mail to the postal address you provide or to your agent or any person authorised in writing to act on your behalf.  If no address has been specified, Gippsland Water will send your account to the address of the property to which the charges apply or to your last known postal address.
