Payment Options

If you hold a Health Care, Veteran’s Affairs or Pension card you may be entitled to a concession on your residential account, please look at our rebates and concessions information to see what you are entitled to.

Online payment

Using your Mastercard or Visa card, you can make full or part payments of your account. This option will direct you to a secure Westpac page where you can process your payment.

Centrepay

Centrelink customers can have money regularly deducted from their payments to go towards their water account. This free service is voluntary, so you can stop or change the deduction at any time. Once you have completed the Centrepay application form, please send it to Gippsland Water.

Direct Debit

You can organise a direct debit for your account that either:

Pays the full balance of the account on the day it is due (this date will be on your account)
Pays an amount in regular instalments. The amount you select will be deducted from your bank account weekly, fortnightly, monthly or every four weeks. After we get your application form, we will contact you to set up your instalment amount.

For either option, you can defer a payment by contacting us three working days before the payment is due.

Easyway payment card

When you are in a payment plan with us, you can use an Easyway card to make your payments at the post office, over the internet, by BPAY, or over the phone. Contact us on 1800 050 500 to request an Easyway card.

By phone

Have your credit card and Gippsland Water account handy and call 13 18 16. You will need our Billpay code of 0368 and your billpay account reference number.

BPAY

BPay lets you use your phone or internet banking service to pay your Gippsland Water account.
Our biller code number is 3475. Please quote this number when paying by using BPAY.

In person

You can pay by cash, cheque or EFT at either our head office at Hazelwood Road, Traralgon or at any Australia Post*.
*Please note that credit card payments cannot be processed by Australia Post.
