Local organisations and community groups are invited to take advantage of Gippsland Water's Mobile Water Fountain available for events across the region.

The portable fountain includes two stainless steel troughs on both sides of the trailer with eight drinking taps and bottle fill-up points to provide a cool, refreshing water source at indoor and outdoor events - particularly during the summer months. It also has its own built-in lighting system for night-time use.

The Mobile Water Fountain has been featured at a number of events including Farmworld, the Drouin Ficafolia Festival, Boolarra Folk Festival, the Gippsland Sustainability Festival, Relay For Life, and a number of school sports days, fun runs, and swimming carnivals. The fountain is suitable for any public event, as long as connection to a water main is available.

Any local group or organisation can apply to have the Mobile Water Fountain at its event by submitting an application and terms of use form from Gippsland Water. Use of the Mobile Water Fountain is provided on a sponsorship basis to the organiser, providing the event satisfies Gippsland Water sponsorship requirements. Following a successful application, Gippsland Water will deliver the Mobile Water Fountain straight to the event site and connect it to a water main.
