Have your say at Gippsland Water
Gippsland Water has launched a new way for customers to help shape the way the water corporation does business and works with the community.
“It’s increasingly important for us to be considering what matters most to customers when planning our future investments and while we do that through our Community Consultative Committee, as well as through day to day interactions with customers over the phone and face to face, we want to make it as easy as we can for customer to have their say,” said General Manager of Customer Service and Communications, Paul Clark.
“Gippsland Water customers will be able to visit the corporation’s web site and engage in polls, questionnaires and forums around a range of topics that they can have a real say on,” added Mr Clark.
Easily accessible, the ‘Have Your Say’ page has been launched with three topics for discussion: what customer’s value about Gippsland Water services, which style of water fountain they prefer and a forum where the question of disposable wipes is being discussed.
“Our customers are able to help us plan for the future in more ways than they think because they are the ones’ who consume our water and use our sewerage service every day. This is a genuine attempt to get more input into what we do and help make us a better organisation,” concluded Mr Clark.
The “Have Your Say’ page will be updated as more projects come through and questions arise that the community can have input into.
Customers can stay informed about discussion topics by following Gippsland Water’s social media channels on Facebook and Twitter.
