Customers asked to rate Gippsland Water
Gippsland Water is asking its customers to share their feedback this month as part of its annual customer satisfaction survey.
A sample of customers will receive a phone call and be asked to complete a 10-minute survey and share their thoughts on Gippsland Water’s services.
Gippsland Water managing director Sarah Cumming said the organisation had been speaking to its customers a lot recently, and the annual customer satisfaction survey was another chance for customers to have their say.
“We’ve been seeking customer input into two important plans we’re working on – our 2022 Urban Water Strategy and our 2023 Price Submission, which will set our direction for the next five years and beyond.
“This survey will add to those insights and further help us to make decisions about our services and infrastructure for the future.
“It also lets us know if we’re hitting the mark and if there are areas where we need to improve.”
This annual customer satisfaction survey has been organised with six other Victorian water corporations to save costs. It will commence Monday 27 September and continue for six weeks.
Australian-based contractors Insync and TKW will phone a random sample of 400 residential customers from each participating water corporation’s service area.
TKW Research will clearly identify themselves and will not being selling any product or service.
