Position Details: Business Resilience Advisor

Permanent full time position

Starting Salary Range $74,125 - $84,726 plus superannuation

We currently have an opportunity for a Business Resilience Advisor to join the Governance workgroup in Traralgon.

In this role you will assist the Business Resilience Leader with the ongoing development and implementation of risk, security, insurance, emergency management and business continuity frameworks, policies and decision-making processes. The role will include the implementation of an ongoing program of training and awareness initiatives across all functions of the role to support the development of a proactive risk awareness culture. You will also work, and develop networks with, external and internal customers and stakeholders as you undertake activities relating to the role.

To be successful in this role you will have;

  • A relevant tertiary qualification and experience and/or significant experience in the field
  • Experience in implementing risk management processes, business continuity planning and coordinating insurance claims
  • Ability to develop new skills and learn new processes
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare reports and submissions with data analytics identifying trends and recommendations for improvement
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to communicate with influence
