Position Details: Land Development Administration Officer

Temporary full time position – up to 12 months

Starting Salary Range $61,408 - $72,611 plus superannuation

We currently have an opportunity for a Land Development Administration Officer to join the Property Services workgroup in Traralgon.

As a Land Development Administration Officer you will work as part of a team and respond to a variety of requests raised by both internal and external customers in relation to property connections, property information, metering requirements, planning permits, developer works applications and acquisitions and dispositions. You will also use your expertise and strong customer services skills to ensure customer needs are met and that outcomes are consistent with relevant Acts, industry standards and Gippsland Water policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role you will have;

  • Demonstrated technical aptitude and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build positive relationships
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to complete a range of tasks within tight and demanding time frames
  • Proficiency using business computer software
