We have an outstanding leadership opportunity for a Manager Financial Services to join the Finance and Governance team in Traralgon.

As a senior experienced financial manager, you will lead the organisation through often complex changes in financial and economic regulation and government departments. You will partner with executive leadership, audit and risk committee and the governing board to provide innovative advice on significant financial and economic issues that impact the organisations future financial sustainability.

In addition to management reporting, the role will oversee pricing policy, economic regulation and corporate planning and act as the relationship manager and principal point of contact for the Essential Services Commission.

To be considered for this role a tertiary qualification in accounting and/or Economics is essential.

In addition to the above qualification, to be successful in this role you will have;

  • Outstanding knowledge of economic regulatory management frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a high performing team.
  • Demonstrated high level critical thinking, analytical skills and complex problem solving.
  • Highly developed communication skills and ability to influence organisational strategic development.
  • Commitment to our organisational values along with employee safety and wellbeing.
