Moving home or buying a property?

In most cases you don't need to let us know if you are a purchasing a property or moving into a rental property.

When a property is sold it is the solicitor or conveyancer's responsibility to provide us with the information needed to update our property ownership records.

Real estate agents should also provide us with updates to tenancies when people move in or out of rental property.

If you are in doubt, please check with your solicitor or conveyancer for a purchase, or your real estate agent if renting.
