Community event: Water outlook

We held an online event in mid-February for our customers to learn about the current water outlook for our region, and our plans ensure ongoing water availability in the future.

Missed the event? No worries! We’ve recorded it for you to re-watch below, you can also download the presentation.

We also welcome you to share your thoughts about the event after watching, as well as any ideas you have about the challenges that were raised.

About this event

Water security is vital for Gippsland. Join us to learn about our current water outlook and our plans to ensure water availability in our network for the next 50 years.

Climate change, population growth and droughts put pressure on our water systems. We've started work on our next Urban Water Strategy, where we put plans in place to respond to these challenges.

This event was led by our Senior Water Resources Engineer with opportunities to ask questions.
