In February 2022 we invited customers to fill out our short survey to share your views on key issues relate to our Price Submission. Eligible entries went into the draw to win one of 20 $200 credits toward their water bill.
Terms and conditions for prize draw open to Gippsland Water customers completing the Price Submission survey from 1 - 18 February 2022
Background
1. The Central Gippsland Region Water Corporation (Gippsland Water), ABN 75 830 750 413, of 55 Hazelwood Road, Traralgon, Victoria, 3844, administers the prize draw.
2. The prize draw is
intended to reward Gippsland Water customers completing the Price Submission
survey running between 1 February 2022 and 18 February 2022 inclusive.
3. Gippsland Water customers who do not want to participate in the prize draw, but still want to participate in the survey, can opt out by not providing their contact details.
Eligibility
4. Entry is free.
5. Entry is only open to Gippsland Water customers or likely future customers, currently living in Victoria.
Entry Requirements
6. Customers participating in the Price Submission survey between 1 February 2022 and 18 February 2022 inclusive will be automatically entered in the prize draw provided they have supplied their contact details.
7. The deadline for survey to be completed is 11.59pm (AEDT) on 18 February 2022.
8. Entries for the draw are limited to one per eligible person.
9. Entries that are deemed at the time of the draw not to have complied with the eligibility and entry requirements will be deemed invalid.
Gippsland Water reserves the right to amend the completion dates at any time.
Prizes
11. There will be twenty prizes valued at $200 each, to be credited to five Gippsland Water customer accounts, thereby reducing their bills.
12. In the event that a winner does not have a Gippsland Water customer account and they have entered
on the basis that they are a likely future customer currently living in the Gippsland Water service area, they will receive a $150 voucher/gift card.
13. The winning entries will be randomly selected.
14.The prize draw will be conducted at midday (AEDT) on 21 February 2022 at 55 Hazelwood Road, Traralgon, Victoria, 3844.
15. The winners will be notified within seven (7) days of the draw.
16. Gippsland Water’s decision will be final.
17. The prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
Privacy
18. The name and/or photo of the winners of the prize draw will only be publicised with prior agreement from the winners.
19. Participants’ contact details will not be used for any other purpose than the prize draw.
20. Gippsland Water manages information collected from participants in accordance with the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014. Participants can access the personal information Gippsland Water holds about them by emailing privacy@gippswater.com.au. Gippsland Water’s Privacy Policy is available upon request, or at www.gippswater.com.au/legal/privacy-policy.
