Free webinar: Your water bill explained

We’re passionate about providing high quality water and wastewater services that support healthy people, healthy communities, and a healthy environment.

We maintain a $1 billion water and sewerage network that includes 3,700km of pipelines, 147 pump stations, and 39 treatment plants. The tariffs paid by our 71,000 residential and non-residential customers cover the cost of this service.

We held an event early-May for our customers to learn about where the money you spend on your water bill goes.

Missed the event? No worries! We’ve recorded it for you to re-watch below, you can also download the presentation.

About this event

We’ve started work on our next Price Submission, which will outline the service standards for the five-year period starting in 2023, as well as the cost of delivering our services, expenditure on new assets, and the prices we intend to charge our customers.

Led by our Chief Financial Officer Sarah Heath, this is a great opportunity to learn about what your water bill covers, ask questions and get involved in our Price Submission .
