Gippsland Water supplies fresh, clean drinking water and manages wastewater to more than 67,000 customers across the Central Gippsland area, from Drouin to Stratford, and from Mirboo North to Rawson and Loch Sport.
We pride ourselves on delivering services that meet the needs and expectations of our customers, communities and the environment.
Customer feedback is very important to us because feedback allows us to better understand what our customers expect from Gippsland Water and what we can do to improve the services we provide.
Every five years, we develop a price submission that outlines what and where we will invest for the next five years. We want to hear from you about your expectations of Gippsland Water, what we can do to improve the services we offer and where you would like to see us investing to improve the livability of our region.
Over the coming months we will be actively engaging with customers to help inform our price submission. The future of our water is such an important conversation, and there’s a place at the table we’ve reserved for you, our customers.

If you are a homeowner, renter, business owner or community group representative in the Gippsland area – then we want to hear from you.
We are holding focus groups and creating an online community forum, so you can meet us face to face, or connect with us online in your own time. We will be updating our Facebook and Twitter pages throughout each stage of the development and encourage feedback through these channels.
You will be taking part in an important conversation for our community: the future of our water.
