Our Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey closed on 31 October 2023.
A random selection of our customers received an email asking them to complete a survey to share their thoughts on our services.
The results from the survey help us to identify whether we're meeting your expectations for water and sewerage services. The survey is one of the most important ways we learn from our customers and improve our services.
