Our community helps shape our plans for the future.
Our 2023-28 Price Submission set out our services and the costs our customers pay. Our customers provided great input into the submission, including confirming our six customer outcomes.
We carry out these surveys regularly to check that those customer outcomes are still important to our community and to make sure we can respond to new issues or changes in our community’s priorities.
Our most recent survey closed on 19 April 2026. We'll reach out again later in the year.
