Environmental planning and management

Our Environment Policy provides corporate direction to ensure our commitment to continual environmental improvement through the prevention of pollution, compliance with all legislation, regulations, obligations to meet our community’s expectations.

We achieved this by demonstrating leadership and empowering our staff to responsibly manage the environmental impacts of our activities.

We maintain an Environmental Management System (EMS) to ensure we meet our community and statutory responsibilities to protect and preserve the environment.

The EMS is aligned to the stringent requirements of Australian Standard ISO14001:2015 and applies to all of our activities and services, including our staff and contractor works.

We monitor and regularly report our environmental performance, including through in our Annual Report.
