It works collaboratively with us to ensure that customer priorities, issues and expectations are understood and reflected in the decisions we make.

We’re looking for customers to join our new Customer Reference Group (CRG).
This is a great opportunity to make a difference by helping to ensure our services, decisions and future planning reflect our community’s priorities, interests and concerns.
The CRG will play a key role in assisting us to prepare our 2022 Urban Water Strategy and 2023 Price Submission, making sure customer expectations are understood and reflected in our plans for the future.
Members must be Gippsland Water customers and will be appointed on their ability to represent broad customer views. The group meets approximately four times a year with additional engagement forums and site visits possible from time to time.
These are volunteer positions. Reasonable expenses will be covered.
