Help available for water bills after festive season

Gippsland Water is reminding customers that support is available to help with water bills following the festive period.  

The organisation’s Customer Care team can help set up a flexible payment plan and explore what financial assistance options are available for those who need extra support.  

They can also assist customers to apply for government utility relief grants and connect them with financial counsellors and other assistance programs.
