Learn practical water saving tips at the Wellington Sustainability Festival

Gippsland Water at the 2025 Wellington Sustainability Festival
Gippsland Water will be sharing water saving tips at the upcoming Wellington Sustainability Festival.

Gippsland Water will share simple, practical water saving tips and tricks at the Wellington Sustainability Festival on Saturday, 14 March.

The festival, held at the Nakunbalook Environmental and Cultural Education Centre in Sale, brings the community together to celebrate sustainable living and share ideas.

Gippsland Water staff will also be running activities for the whole family to enjoy.

Community members can take part in the interactive quiz and win a trigger nozzle for hand-held hoses, watering spike, or leak repair kit – all to help reduce water use at home.

Children can also take part in activities such as building their own rain gauge or colouring.

The organisation will encourage community members to sign up to the Gippsland Water Sounding Board, a way for the community to have their say and help inform future decision-making.

Those who sign up to the Sounding Board before 30 June 2026 will go into the draw to win a $1,000 Visa gift card.
