Price Submission

Our Price Submission will contain our standards of service over a five-year period, as well as the cost of delivering our services and the prices we intend to charge customers. Customer insights and preferences are a crucial part of developing our submission.

Water Corporation price submissions are subject to approval by the Essential Services Commission (ESC), Victoria’s independent regulator, who regularly reviews prices for water and other essential services to protect the interests of consumers.

Price Submission 2018-2023

The Price Submission process included a range of engagement activities commencing in mid 2016, and culminating with the ESC’s final decision in June 2018.

New prices took effect from 1 July 2018. The ESC website contains documents released for each water corporation across the state.
