An environmental culture

We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the Gippsland Water area, the Gunaikurnai people and the Bunurong people, and recognise their strong cultural connection to the land and waterways.

We work closely with Traditional Owner groups such as the Gunaikurnai Land and Water Aboriginal Corporation (GLaWAC) prior to major works to ensure we are identify and respect sites of cultural and environmental value.
