BPAY lets you use your phone or internet banking service to pay your Gippsland Water account.
Our biller code number is 3475 and your reference number can be found in the How To Pay section on the back of your bill. Please quote this number when paying by using BPAY.
Using your Mastercard or Visa card, you can make full or part payments of your account. This option will direct you to a secure Westpac page where you can process your payment.
Use Centrepay to make regular deductions from your Centrelink payment. Centrepay is a voluntary and easy payment option available to Centrelink customers.
Centrepay deductions can be setup directly with Gippsland Water by calling 1800 050 500 or alternatively you can go to humanservices.gov.au/centrepay for more information and to set-up your Centrepay deductions.
When you are in a payment plan with us, you can use an Easyway card to make your payments at the post office, over the internet, by BPAY, or over the phone. Contact us on 1800 050 500 to request an Easyway card.
